Sam Theodora

Sam, a retired police officer who spent 35 years on the force, has been a Canyon Lake resident since 2003. He’s been a member of the Men’s Golf Club for 13 years. Sam is the current president of the club, but also served four previous years as a director.

Sam has been an active member of the Tuesday Work Group (TWG) for ten years. He served four years as the group’s major projects manager. TWG was formed in 1973 and is made up of a group of men who come together each week to enhance the community by taking on projects on the Golf Course and around the community.

The car enthusiast has been a member of the Car Club for six years. He is also a member of the Fine Arts Guild.

Sam’s former volunteer work in Canyon Lake includes serving three years on the Green Committee and eight years on the Appeals Committee. He served as the chairman of the Appeals Committee for three years.
