           POA announces new Fiesta Day parade route





             Canyon Lake  will celebrate its 45th
           annual Fiesta Day on Saturday, May 26.
           This year’s theme “Cheers to 50 Years”
           is a celebratory one in honor of the
           POA’s 50th  anniversary  of serving  the
           Canyon Lake community.
             Due  to  safety  regulations  mandated
           by CALFIRE, there will be changes to
           the  parade  route  and  event  access  this
           year.
             The  new parade route  will  begin  at
           Mayflower  Drive  and  Canyon  Lake
           Drive North at approximately 9 a.m. The
           parade will make its way down Canyon
           Lake Drive North and turn right onto Va-
           cation Drive. New this year, parade an-
           nouncements will take place at the cor-
           ner of Vacation Drive and Canyon Lake
           Drive North as this is the best viewing
           point of the parade.
             From Vacation Drive, the parade will
           make its way to its new end point, Light-
           house Drive. Parade participants  can
           either park or pull over to unload pas-
           sengers on Lighthouse Drive or continue
           down Lighthouse Drive to Canyon Club
