Families are invited to Easter carnivals
The Easter Bunny will hop into town on Saturday, March 19, from 6 to 9 p.m., when the Family Matters Club holds its second annual Glow-in-the-Dark Easter Egg Hunt at Holiday Harbor. The event will include free carnival games, crafts, face-painting and other surprises.
Food, snacks and drinks will be avail- able for purchase, and there will be a drawing for prizes. Rabbit Rescue, Inc. will be on hand with bunnies for the kid- dos to pet. Highlights of the event will be the glow-in-the-dark Easter egg hunt followed by a family big-screen movie showing of “Hop.”
High schoolers needing volunteer hours are encouraged to help out. Can- yon Lake Family Matters is a President’s Award Provider, so volunteer hours can

JWC Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival
On Saturday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Jr. Women’s Club will host the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival at Holiday Harbor.
This long-standing tradition includes an Easter egg hunt (with golf ball “eggs” provided by the Men’s Golf Club), prizes, children’s games, bounce houses, food and merchandise vendors, crafts, music and more.
This event also could use the help of teenage volunteers. To volunteer or for more information, contact Alissa Rack- straw at 951-265-4325 or Heather Rose at 951-591-8168.
Children will have two chances to hunt for Easter eggs over
the next two weekends. A glow-in-the- dark hunt will be held on March 19; the daytime hunt will be on March 26.
