                Seawall Maintenance Program...

                                                                                   -When the water level decreases your seawall
                                                                                   bears immense pressure from the mud and water
                                                                                   behind it. If erosion to your footings has occurred,

                                                                                   there is an increased likelihood that your wall will
                                                                                   begin to crack, lean and eventually fall over.


                                                                                   -We live in California! Earthquakes and general
                                                                                   earth movement play a part in the health of your

                                                                                   seawall. When the dirt around your seawall swells
                                                                                   up  or  shrinks, cracking  occurs  in  the  block  and
                                                                                   footings. This allows water to attack the rebar.

                                                                                   The rebar starts to rust and overtime, degrades
                                                                                   the integrity of the wall.
