Waterfront beaches provide access to
the lake for swimming, fishing, kayak- ing, stand-up paddle boarding, and boat- ing with family or friends. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, golf lessons, and an equestrian center to visit the horses or take lessons. Many adult children have come back to visit their parents in Canyon Lake, say- ing they didn’t appreciate what they had when they were here – but they get it now. Many want to raise their own chil- dren here.
