Fiesta Day Applications
The application deadline for Fiesta Day parade entries and booths is to- day, May 13. Fiesta Day takes place at the Lodge every year on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. This year’s event will be on May 28; the theme is “Flashback Fiesta–Celebrating the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s.”
This event includes a parade down Canyon Lake Dr. to the Lodge, where a food court, vendor booths and kids zone fill the grounds. Activities, enter- tainment and a ski show are scheduled throughout the day.
Canyon Lake residents, groups and businesses are invited to get involved in Fiesta Day by having an entry in the pa- rade or having a food or vendor booth at the Lodge grounds. Information packets and application forms for each can be found on the POA website. Memorial Day at Campround
Happy Camp Campground will be- gin accepting reservations for Memorial Day weekend starting tomorrow, May 14, at 8 a.m. at the Campground Office. Reservations are not site specific and are on a first-come basis. To reserve a camp- site, residents must have POA Card and be a member in good standing with the Association.

There is a lottery system to reserve sites at Happy Camp for the 4th of July. Members may visit the Campground Office between Saturday, June 11, and Friday, June 17, during office hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed Sunday) to fill out a ticket for the lottery. There will be one lottery entry per tract and lot.
