Marine Patrol and other boaters were noticing marked clarity in the Main Lake, in some cases seeing fish and objects as deep as 6 to 10 feet. It was believed this was a direct result of the alum treatment in Febru- ary.

The Jr. Women’s Club, aided by the Men’s Golf Club, held the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival.

The City Council began consideration of a Utility User Tax.
