CL couple celebrates 51 years of marriage

Sue and Gary Sell celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary with their family at the Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside.

The couple met in junior high school and reconnected in their college years. They married on Jan. 6, 1968, in Marina Del Ray, California. They have two children, John and Erin, and six grandchildren, whom all reside in Canyon Lake.

The couple moved to Canyon Lake in 1991. They lived in several homes in Canyon Lake before settling on their current home in 2010.

In addition to enjoying their children and grandchildren, Sue and Gary are avid golfers and enjoy traveling in their new RV. Gary is a member of the Pickleball Club and Men’s Golf Club.

Sue is a member of the Women’s Golf Club. They try to support as many clubs as they can through sponsorship and attending club events. The Sells are affiliated with Real Estate Places and enjoy working together with home buyers and sellers.
