Bandit Boy is a six-year-old husky looking for his “fur”ever family. According to his caretakers, Bandit Boy is a very sweet and loving boy who is curious and playful. He is neutered and ready to be adopted. His intake number is 431140. Reference picture: Bandit Boy.

Kira is a one-year-old mama whose kittens are now in their forever homes, so it’s her turn to find a loving family of her own. You can meet her at Petco in Temecula. Kira is spayed and ready to be adopted. Her intake number is 4430767. Reference picture: Kira.

All dog and cat adoption fees include a microchip, basic shelter vaccines (excluding rabies) and a free veterinarian check-up. All cats/kittens, pit bulls and Chihuahua adoptions are just $5 (spay/neuter fees, if applicable, are additional).

For adoption information, contact Animal Friends of the Valleys (AFV) at 951-674-0618. The shelter is located at 33751 Mission Trail in Wildomar.

The shelter’s hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
