The lodge is a beautiful place going to waste. If you want to make money instead of lose money then open at 4 p.m. By 4 p.m. the Sports Stop is packed and at 5 p.m. they are not going to move. Send out a flyer, add in The Friday Flyer, Happy Hour from 4 to 5:30 p.m., beer at $3.50 and well drinks at $3.75. People go to a bar to meet people and where everyone knows their name. Once they start coming, they will come in and come back again to meet other people. Maybe add a couple pool tables too. Cheers.
