POA water aerobics start next week at Lodge pool

Registration has begun for the various summer pool activities that begin in June, but the Water Aerobics classes will begin on Monday at the Lodge pool.

The popular Water Aerobics morning classes at the pool will start back up on Monday with the classes taking place on weekdays at 8:30 a.m. Classes are $2.50 per class, $20 for a 10-class punch card and $30 per month for unlimited classes. Classes may be purchased at the pool office.

Upcoming swimming lessons and water polo programs at the pool begin June 14 and the Parent & Me Introduction to Water classes begin June 28. Registration is open now for these activities at the pool office.

Children swim lessons are weekly, Monday through Friday, starting June 14. Students will learn swimming skills and techniques as well as important water safety rules and tips. The first week/child is $85, second week/child is $55, and the third week is free. Additional weeks after the third week is $50 per week.

Water Polo classes are weekly, Monday through Friday, starting June 14.  Students will learn water polo skills and game concepts and will be provided with opportunities to make new friends, set goals and take part in a developmental sports program.

The first week/child is $60, the second week/child is $60 and the third week is free.  Additional weeks after the third week is $50 per week.

Parent & Me Introduction-to-Water classes are available for a week from June 28 to July 2. These introduction-to-water classes provide parents with the perfect opportunity to bond with their child while giving children a positive first-time transition into the water. This week-long class is $35.
