Tour de Canyon Lake Bike Ride tomorrow

The Canyon Lake Triathlon and Fitness Club is hosting the Tour De Canyon Lake Bike Ride tomorrow (Saturday) and the event is open to the community. The bike ride check in begins at 8:45 a.m. at the Upper Lodge Parking Lot. There will be a limited supply of event T-shirts for the first riders who bring donations for Animal Friends of the Valleys.

The Animal Friends of the Valleys have expressed needs for the following items: wet dog food (Purina preferred), kitten and puppy wet food, cat beds, clumping cat litter (Tidy Cats or Wood Pellet Cat Litter), soft chew dog treats, dog and cat toys (no beaded eyes), towels and blankets, bleach and liquid laundry detergent, aluminum bowls, trash bags, and sealed bags for dry kitten food. Monetary donations are appreciated as well.
