City’s Tree Lighting features Santa and snow

The City of Canyon Lake and the Family Matters Club are hosting a Winter Wonderland-themed Tree Lighting on Thursday, Dec. 5, from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Park in the Towne Center.

This year’s Tree Lighting includes visits with Santa, train rides, snow sledding, In-N-Out Burger, a petting zoo, gingerbread decorating, a Candy Land maze, face painting and holiday music.

In-N-Out Burger will be offering hamburger and cheeseburger combos for $7 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Santa will be arriving at 5:30 p.m. The tree will be lit at 6 p.m. For more information, contact City Hall at 951-244-2955.
