Country club reopens with newly reconfigured parking lot

Work at the country club is wrapping up and the facility reopened this week. During the closure for the annual overseeding of the golf course, the POA took the opportunity to work on some other major projects that needed to be done, such as repaving the parking lot.

The parking lot was reconfigured and repaved as part of the POA’s Repavement Project. The new layout includes new asphalt, accessible parking near the entrance, decorative stamped concrete to the driveway circle and entry, striped parking stalls and LED parking lot light heads. The POA also plans to add a new monument sign/water feature and landscaping.

Remodeling is taking place inside the country club. New lockers, counters, partitions, tile and fixtures are being added to the men’s locker room and new interior and exterior doors were added to the Magnolia Room.
