POA Pavement Project begins at the country club

The country club and golf course closed Oct. 7 and will remain closed through Oct. 27 for annual overseeding and parking lot renovation. The facility is scheduled to reopen on Oct. 28.

The POA Board of Directors approved funding in an amount not to exceed $3,425,000 toward the renovations and improvements to 15 community parking lots and Canyon Lake Drive North from Vacation Drive to Goetz Road.

The parking lots include Blue Bird Hall, the country club, Diamond Point Park, East Port Park, the equestrian center driveway entrance, Gault Field, Holiday Harbor Park, Indian Beach, lodge/tennis/Sunset Beach, Moonstone Beach, north ski east and west, the Operations yard, Sierra Park and the senior center.
