POA Parking Lot Pavement Project underway

The Parking Lot Pavement Project is underway. Several locations are currently under construction, including East Port Park, Indian Beach and Holiday Harbor Park. Work will begin on the country club parking lot when the facility closes for annual overseeding Oct. 7 through Oct. 27.

The POA Board of Directors approved funding in an amount not to exceed $3,425,000 toward the renovations and improvements to 15 community parking lots and Canyon Lake Drive North from Vacation Drive to Goetz Road.

The parking lots include Blue Bird Hall, country club, Diamond Point Park, East Port Park, the equestrian center driveway entrance, Gault Field, Holiday Harbor Park, Indian Beach, lodge/Sunset Beach, Moonstone Beach, north ski east and west, operation yard, Sierra Park and the senior center.

The lodge project will feature a new concrete ADA ramp and staircase down to the rental docks and walking pathway, retaining walls, planters and additional parking spaces.
