Community invited to TC dinner-dance

The Canyon Lake Travel Club invites adult members of the community to its Beach Blanket Bingo Dinner-Dance on Friday, Sept. 27, from 6 to 10 p.m. at Holiday Harbor Park.

Dinner includes a catered barbecue dinner. The beach tunes will be provided by DJ Mike Shroyer of Good Time Entertainment.

Tickets cost $35 for club members and $40 for non-members. The reservation deadline is Sept. 20. For tickets or more information, contact Alexis Prince at 714-609-9408.

The Travel Club’s annual membership is $10 per person. Membership is not a requirement to participate in the club’s travel adventures and events; however, members receive discounted pricing on most trips and the first opportunity to reserve a space.

Upcoming events include a trip to New Orleans Oct. 6 through Oct. 10, a Los Angeles Haunted History Tour on Oct. 21 and a tour of Dublin, Ireland, Edinburgh, Scotland, and London, United Kingdom Dec. 26 through Jan. 7.
