Proper attire required at country club, golf course

The following dress code requirements for the country club and golf course have been set forth by the POA. Anyone who refuses to follow the dress code may be declined service and/or asked to leave.

Country Club

The overall dress attire is casual. All clothing must be within the bounds of decency and in good taste as appropriate. Shirts and footwear are mandatory. Short-shorts are not allowed. Shorts more than five inches above the knee must be 18 inches from the waistband to the hemline.

Golf Course

The following dress code is in effect in and around the practice facility and golf course at all times. The golf pro may refuse play or expel from the course during play, anyone who refuses to comply with the dress code. The golf course requires non-metal spikes. Men’s shirts must have a fold-down collar or Mock Turtle T. Halter tops, tube tops, tank tops and bare midriffs are not allowed.

Shorts more than five inches above the knee must be 18 inches from the waistband to the hemline. Denim jeans and denim shorts, cutoffs, athletic shorts, board shorts and bathing suits are not allowed.
