Goetz Road block wall construction continues

Construction is moving along on the new block wall along Goetz Road. The construction of the wall portion is expected to be completed this month. An anti-graffiti coating will be applied after the concrete cures. The project will be completed in September.

The wall will provide more security and better sound attenuation for nearby residents. The POA Board of Directors approved funding for the project in the amount of  $270,725.81.
