CoEd Softball League is seeking players

The Canyon Lake Sunday CoEd Softball League is seeking players ages 18 and older. The fall season starts Aug. 25. The registration deadline is Aug. 15. Registration is $300 for a team of 10 players. Individual registration depends on the number of players on the team. To register, contact Gary Rauch at 951-609-8220.

Games are played on Sundays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Gault Field. Gina Pinto serves as league president, Gary Rauch as vice president and Amy Duffney as secretary and treasurer.

The league was founded by Michelle Sapp in 2008 so parents of Little Leaguers could have a league of their own. The league currently has nine teams and is open spring and fall seasons to men and women who want to play and have fun.
