The Goetz Road Block Wall Project began on Thursday, June 20, and is expected to be complete in August. The project had been temporarily delayed while the plans and permits were modified to avoid Frontier fiber optic lines which were in a different location than indicated on previously recorded as-built plans. The POA Board of Directors approved $251,954 to replace the chain link fence along Goetz Road with the block wall. The contract was awarded to Sudweeks Construction for $242,264, plus a four percent project contingency, totaling $251,954 to come from the Capital Improvement Fund.
