POA issues RFPs soliciting vendors for two services

The POA is soliciting vendors to bid on its Pavement Management Project for Canyon Lake Drive North and 15 parking lots and for landscape maintenance and services within the community.

The RFP closing date for the Pavement Management Project is June 27 at 2 p.m. Interested parties should visit canyonlakepoa.com/bids.aspx and review all bid documents.

Questions pertaining to the Pavement Management Project should be sent in writing to Eric Kazakoff at ekazakoff@canyonlakepoa.com or Steve Schneider at sschneider@canyonlakepoa.com prior to Thursday, June 20.

The RFP closing date for landscape maintenance and services is June 21 at 2 p.m. The bid documents can be reviewed at canyonlakepoa.com/bids.aspx. Questions should be submitted in writing to Steve Schneider at sschneider@ canyonlakepoa.com prior to Thursday, June 17.

The Canyon Lake POA, incorporated in 1968 as a California nonprofit corporation, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas within Canyon Lake. The purpose of the POA is to promote the recreation, benefit and enjoyment of the homeowners within the community. The POA’s mission is to support the Canyon Lake community with exceptional services and solutions, which makes Canyon Lake a premier place to live and work.
