Enjoy a morning of zen with yoga and cats at AFV

Animal Friends of the Valleys animal shelter and Sweat Cardio of Temecula are celebrating National Adopt a Shelter Cat Month with three-part Ohm Sweet Ohm summer fitness series of yoga with the shelter’s furry friends.

All classes will be held at the Animal Friends of the Valleys classroom at 33751 Mission Trail in Wildomar. All classes are held on a Saturday and start at 9 a.m. Registration is $25 per class or $60 for a “pawsport” for all three classes.

The Purrrlates kitten mat yoga class will be held on June 15, the Nama-STAY dog yoga class will be held on July 13 and the Kitty Karma class will be held on Aug. 10. Participants should bring their own yoga mat, towel and water.
