CL kids Junior Tennis Program begins June 10

Is your child interested in learning the game of tennis or improving their tennis skills this summer? Head Tennis Pro Pete Walrod is hosting a summer Junior Tennis Program June 10 through June 21 for kids ages four through 16.

Registration is $50 per week for ages four to six and $125 per week for ages seven through 16. Class times are as follows:

• Pee Wee Tennis: Monday through Friday from 9 to 9:30 a.m.
• Junior Strokes: Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

The Pee Wee class covers ball control skills, catching, throwing and basic stroke skills. The Junior Strokes Class covers ball control skills, basic stroke skills, gameplay, strategy, light running and agility drills.

Kids do not have to be Canyon Lake residents to participate. To register, contact Pete Walrod at 818-397-3806.
