CL Choraleers presents ‘Phantom of the Opera’

The Canyon Lake Choraleers presented “A Night at the Phantom of the Opera” on Saturday evening at the lodge. More than 300 guests attended the sold-out show, making this the most popular Choraleers production to date. The fully-costumed, semi-staged production directed by Lorilee Bajema featured music from “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Les Misérables” and other favorites such as “Madame Butterfly” and “Queen.”

Instrumentalists included Lynda Salina, piano; Kylene Evans, harp; Bruce Bonde, drums; Ron Williams, trumpet; David Ruch, violin; Jazmin Hipolito, trombone; Gabrielle Potter, flute; Ron Martel, bass; and Daryl Balou on guitar.

The Choraleers will present their holiday concert, “The Colors of Christmas,” on Sunday, Dec. 15, at 3 p.m. at the lodge. For more information about the Choraleers, contact Larry Garland at 508-498-6210 or visit
