Pickleball Club to host clinic for CL juniors

The Canyon Lake Pickleball Club is hosting a Junior Clinic for kids ages 11 through 14. The three-night clinic will be held June 17 through June 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the pickleball courts at East Port Park. Participants must reside in Canyon Lake and be accompanied by a parent or adult.

The registration fee is $5 for two nights of lessons and one night of instructional free play. For a registration form, contact Char Mirich at scmirich@gmail.com or 951-212-7985. Registration forms also will be available at the Pickleball Club’s booth at Fiesta Day on May 25 at the lodge.

Mail registration form and payment to Kimberly Keigwin, 30275 Point Marina Dr., Canyon Lake, CA 92587. Registration is due by June 12.

The $5 registration fee will be credited towards an annual Pickleball Club membership for those who wish to join the club after attending the clinic. Membership is $13 per year or $30 for three years. Membership includes fun events throughout the year, including tournaments, monthly potlucks, barbecues, annual swim party, game nights and other social events.
