Jr. Bassmasters Fishing Tournament is Sunday

The Canyon Lake Bassmasters Club invites kids ages 15 and under to participate in the annual Jr. Bassmasters Fishing Tournament this Sunday, Apr. 28, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Boats will be provided for the tournament.

Registration is $30 and includes lunch and a Fishing League Worldwide membership.

Registration is required. The top four teams will move on to the Junior Angler State Championship on May 25 at the San Joaquin River Delta.

Kids do not have to be a resident to enter the tournament but must be under the age of 16 on Aug. 1. Kids may register with a friend or be paired with another participant.
