Canyon Lake couple celebrates 60th anniversary

Peter and Patricia Malone celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at the lodge with family. Peter and Patricia, born and raised in Liverpool, England, were married on Apr. 4, 1959. The couple immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, two weeks after their wedding day. They lived in Canada for two years before they were invited to visit friends in Redondo Beach, California. After a week in the sun, they decided California was the place for them. They resided in Torrance for 30 years where they raised their four children. In 1991, the couple moved to Canyon Lake where they have enjoyed living the lake life.
