Learn more about CL Travel Club at meeting

Residents are invited to learn more about the Canyon Lake Travel Club and its current and upcoming travel opportunities at its Membership Meeting on Thursday, Apr. 11, at 7 p.m. at the East Port Park Activities Room.

Attendees will have the opportunity to request a trip or activity to other venues. There will be special prizes given and refreshments will be served. To reserve a spot at the meeting, contact Membership Chair Karen Wallace at 951-970-0193 or President Jan May at 951-970-8333.

Annual membership is $10 per person. Membership is not a requirement to participate in the club’s travel adventures; however, members receive discounted pricing on most trips and the first opportunity to reserve a space.

April gives members the opportunity to explore inside the rain forest greenhouse at the Butterfly Jungle at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.

Future trips include brunch on John Wayne’s Wild Goose yacht in August, a trip to New Orleans in October and a trip to Scotland and Ireland for New Year’s Eve.
