Celebrate St. Patty’s Day at country club, lodge

The POA invites Canyon Lakers to celebrate the luck of the Irish at the county club and lodge on Sunday, Mar. 17. The country club’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities begin at 11 a.m. with a special Irish menu that features Irish favorites like corn beef and cabbage, shamrock pie and fish and chips. Green draft beer, Irish car bombs and shamrock martinis will be among the themed drink specials. Local entertainer and DJ Aprile DeAnne will be providing the music and hosting games and trivia from 4 to 8 p.m.

The lodge is offering Irish lunch and dinner specials from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saxophonist Ken Rice will be playing favorite Irish tunes with a jazzy twist from 4 to 7 p.m.
