POA upgrades monument signs with new logo, paint

The POA is in the process of upgrading all the monument signs in the community with the new logo.

Last week, new furniture was delivered to the pool and the north gate guard building received a new coat of paint.

Other current projects in the works include adding a pedestrian gate at the east gate entrance, repaving the parking lots, building a Goetz Road block wall, replacing all the mailboxes throughout the community, adding LED lighting to the tennis courts, adding sheds at the tennis and pickleball courts, adding addition cameras in the community and upgrading the east gate entrance sign with the new logo, to name a few.
