Putt for paws at AVF golf tournament

Animal Friends of the Valleys invites Canyon Lake residents to participate in its upcoming Fore the Animals Golf Tournament on Friday, Apr. 19, at Menifee Lakes Country Club, 29875 Menifee Lakes Dr., Menifee. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the shelter’s mission to find loving homes for the animals in its shelter.

The entry fee is $125 per person or $400 for a team of four and includes cart, practice balls, lunch, drawing ticket and contests. Registration and silent auction open at 7 a.m. Shotgun start at 9 a.m. To register, visit fore2019eventbrite.com.

The tournament includes 18 holes of golf, live and silent auctions, complimentary breakfast, boxed lunch, banquet dinner and awards ceremony.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Vendor booths are available for $250 per booth.

Animal Friends of the Valleys is a 501(c)(3) organization that depends on donations for support of programs that benefit homeless and companion animals.
