Elaine moved to Canyon Lake in 1971. In her active years, Elaine was involved in the golf community, bridge groups and was a member of the Choraleers and the Woman’s Club.  She is a charter member of Canyon Lake Community Church where she taught Sunday School for 20 years.

Elaine was crowned Mrs. Canyon Lake at the first pageant held in the Fireside Room at the old Lodge in 1980.

Kinsley is the daughter of Brian and Janice Hoffman and the granddaughter of Lynda and Jeff Hoffman and Jim and Joan Yapp.
