Gate access is faster with pre-printed passes

On major holidays and when popular community events are held, such as Fiesta Day, the gates become congested. On Thanksgiving, residents reported that some of their guests waited in line at the gates for up to one hour. To help alleviate the wait times and congestion at the gates, the POA suggests that residents request pre-printed passes for guest lists larger than 10 guests. The staff will print out the passes in advance for residents to pick up and provide to their guest.

With a pre-printed pass, guests can enter the community much quicker. To take advantage of this service, submit your guest list of 10 or more guests to the POA 24 hours in advance. For major holidays, submit the list a minimum of seven days in advance. Include tract/lot, member’s name, contact number, date of the party and the first and last names of each guest as it appears on their driver’s license. Be sure to allow yourself enough time to mail the passes to your guests if you choose to do so. The POA will soon be implementing a new service that allows residents to email passes to their guests rather than mailing them. For more information, contact the POA at 951-244-6841.
