After Lunch Bunch announces annual tournament winners

The After Lunch Bunch hosted its annual tournament on Nov. 26. To qualify, ALB players must have competed in a minimum of 12 games in 2018. This year, 35 players qualified; 31 of those who qualified played in the tournament. The format was Individual Tin Whistle with two flights. The winners are as follows:

A Flight: 1st place: Tom D’Amato, 27; 2nd place Carlos Ramirez, 22; 3rd place: Bob Tallaksen, 19; 4th place: Clive Taylor, 19; 5th place: Tom Fuhrman, 19; 6th place: Andy Quinn, 18; 7th place: Bill Levis, 18; 8th place: Bob Stinson, 18.

B Flight: 1st place: Nick Valencia, 29; 2nd place: Sven Henrichsen, 25; 3rd place: Dennis Franks, 21; 4th place: Jim Musser, 19; 5th place: Bob Tice, 18; 6th place: Marv Tweedy, 17: 7th place: Bob Clow, 16; 8th place: Jim Paulis, 16.

Twenty-five players participated in the option Skins game. The winners are Nick Valencia on hole 4, Bob Tice on hole 6, Tom Fuhrman on hole 14, Sven Henrichsen on hole 15 and Dennis Franks on hole 16.

The Closest to the Pin winners are Nick Valencia on hole 8, Sven Henrichsen on hole 15 and Bob Clow on hole 17.

Lunch and award presentations followed golf. The Mr. After Lunch Bunch award was presented to Marv Tweedy for his commitment to the ALB. Marv played in 43 of the 53 events held in 2018.
