Women’s Golf to host Christmas Tournament

The Women’s Golf Club annual Christmas Tournament and Installation will be held Tuesday, Dec. 11. This will be a 9-hole scramble format with six players per team. Tee time is 8:30 a.m. Signups are taken in the Golf Pro Shop. Lunch will be served in the country club after golf.

The cost of golf and lunch is $35.00; lunch only is $20. The deadline to signup is Dec. 4. The club will be collecting unwrapped toys for the Foster Kids Mattress Firm Program again this year. For more information, contact Linda Johnson at 951-285-5050.

The Women’s Golf Club is a member of the Southern California Golf Association. The club meets on Tuesdays in the Magnolia Room at the country club between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. to tee off at 8 a.m. for 18 holes of golf.

The club’s mission is promoted through camaraderie, social events, recognition and tournaments throughout the year.  Major tournaments and events include the Presidents Cup, Club Championship, Senior Championship and Breast Cancer Tournament.
