Voting polls open Tuesday at 7 a.m. at City Hall

Voting polls will be open on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the downstairs room at Canyon Lake City Hall. Canyon Lake has two City Council seats and Measure S on the ballot.

Vote-by-Mail ballots were mailed beginning the week of Oct. 8. If you vote by mail and have not received your ballot, contact the Riverside County Register of Voters at 951-486-7200.

Ballots must be in the possession of the Riverside County Registrar of Voters office or any polling place, vote center, or ballot drop-off location within the state no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day or be postmarked on or before Election Day and received no later than three days after Election Day to be counted.

Vote-by-mail ballots received before Election Day are counted first. Return your ballot as soon as possible to ensure that it is included in the first Election Night results.

Ballots should be filled out with a black pen and you must sign your name and print your address where indicated on the envelope. Your vote will not be counted if you fail to sign the envelope.
