This year’s Parade of Frights winners are…

The Towne Center filled with kids in costumes on Saturday for the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce’s 26th annual Parade of Frights. The event featured trick-or-treating at more than 45 Towne Center businesses, costume contest, costume parade lead by Thunder of Storm Stadium, carnival games and bounce houses. Mike Shroyer of Good Time Entertainment provided the music.

Mayor Vicki Warren, Councilman Jordan Ehrenkranz, Jennie Ehrenkranz, Jeanne O’Dell and Roanne Grasso served as the judges for the costume contest. The winners are as follows:

Ages one and younger: Logan Blair, Oompa Loompa.

Ages two to five: Madelaine Abel, Marie Antoinette.

Ages six to nine: Shane Cardozo, Titanic.

Ages 10 to 13: Chance Agundez, scarecrow.

Children who had their “treasure map” stamped at every participating business were entered into a drawing. Five maps were chosen at random. The winners are as follows:

Grand prize winner: Jaxson Hunter, In-N-Out Burger basket.

2nd map winner: Abby Eichhorst, Target gift card and Field of Screams ticket.

3rd map winner: Max Luera, Target gift card and Field of Screams ticket.

4th map winner: Isabella Hernandez, CJ’s Sports Grill gift card.

5th map winner: Audree Duarte, CJs Sports Grill gift card.
