Letter: Negative Comments

After reading so many negative comments on all of the Canyon Lake Facebook sites, I feel compelled to write this letter to The Friday Flyer.

My wife Anneda and I moved full time to Canyon Lake five years ago. Since that time, we have gotten to know several residents and POA staff through committees, clubs, gatherings and concerts at the lodge. Although people seem to quickly find fault with the board of directors, committees and POA over issues and decisions that they do not agree with, there are so many wonderful people that contribute to our great community and help make it such an awesome place to live. There are residents who give so much of their time, energy and experience that make Canyon Lake our “Little Bit of Paradise.”

Our POA has an excellent staff and we thank each and every one of them, along with all of the positive residents, for their contribution to our community.
