Letter: Candidate Dale Welty

Dale Welty is a candidate for Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Division 1. Dale has been very active improving our quality of life by serving as a director on the Canyon Lake Board of Directors. As a board member, he has served as liaison on the Recreation, Finance, and Dredge Committees.

As an interested citizen, Dale has attended EVMWD regular board meetings, a well as several study sessions. That effort is an example of his dedication and how he has been able to gain valuable insight as to how the district runs its day to day operation.

Dale, like most of us, has concerns about water and sewer rates and how the district spends its funds while providing quality water and sewer services.

During his tenure on the local POA Board, Dale has demonstrated that he is approachable and will listen to concerns. I believe Dale will be dedicated to doing what is in the best interest of the ratepayer as our representative. It is important that we elect a person that is known to us locally and understands our local problems.

The best candidate for Division 1 EVMWD Board of Directors is Dale Welty.
