Bryan Goade, the brother of Canyon Laker Shannon Schricker, caught a bass weighing six pounds while fishing off Shannon’s dock on Lighthouse Drive.

Bryan used large mealworms for bait. In addition to reeling in the bass, he caught 20 to 25 bluegill. “We were fishing for about 45 minutes and he caught them one right after the other,” said Shannon.
