Community Rocktoberfest planned for Oct. 13

The Jr. Women’s Club is hosting it’s annual Rocktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Holiday Harbor Park. This year’s theme is Red, White and Brew in honor of veterans.

Rocktoberfest is the Jr. Women’s Club’s twist on the traditional Oktoberfest celebration. Rocktoberfest will feature beer tastings from local microbreweries, live music featuring the Bad Dancers, food booths, vendors and Cornhole Tournament.

Beer tasting stamps are $20 for 18 tastings; ID and wristband is required.

Proceeds from this event help to support the club’s philanthropic projects.
