The Canyon Lake Lions Club meets monthly on the second Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Sunset Room at the lodge. Formed Jan. 23, 1975, the Lions Club is one of the first clubs formed in Canyon Lake and is part of the largest service organization in the world. The members collect used eyeglasses to aid in the organization’s goal to help those with sight problems.
