City, POA to host Golf Championship Tourney

The 3rd annual City of Canyon Lake Golf Championship Tournament will take place on Saturday, Oct. 6  and Sunday, Oct. 7, at Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club. Tee times will be from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on both days. The tournament winner will receive a prize along with their name engraved on the City of Canyon Lake Golf Championship Tournament trophy that is on display at the country club.

The tournament is open to the public, players do not need to be a Canyon Lake resident or member of the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club to participate.

The entry fee is $125 entry fee and includes two days of golf, cart fees, prize money and a tournament lunch on Saturday, Oct. 6. The registration deadline is Sept. 29. The registration form can be found online at the country club website at canyonlakecc.com, at the Golf Pro Shop at the country club and at the POA office.
