Here is a list of local fireworks shows and family fun.
June 30
Menifee’s Independence Day Celebration at Wheatfield Park, 30627 Menifee Rd., runs from 4 to 9 p.m. and features a fun zone with 10 attractions, food and craft vendors, live entertainment, beer garden and a community parade.
Murrieta’s 27 annual Birthday Bash at California Oaks Sports Park, 40600 California Oaks Rd., starts at 2 p.m. and concludes with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. This event features rides, a Firefighters Hosedown and live music with tributes to Creedence Clearwater Revival and Neil Diamond.
July 3
Soboba Casino will celebrate the Fourth of July with a country music concert, food and vendors starting at 4 p.m. The event will conclude with a fireworks show at dusk.
The Riverside County Philharmonic returns to the Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, for the annual Concert of Heroes at 7:30 p.m.
July 4
Corona’s Celebrate Independence Day starts at 5 p.m. at Santana Park, 598 Santana Way, and features live music and food vendors. The celebration concludes with a fireworks show at dusk.
Lake Elsinore’s fireworks show starts at 9 p.m. The fireworks are launched from T-peninsula. There will be free public viewing at Lakepoint Park, Summerly Park, Whiskers Fishing Beach, Swick & Matich Park and a portion of the levee.
Enjoy fireworks and baseball at Storm Stadium, 500 Diamond Dr., Lake Elsinore, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
San Jacinto’s Independence Day Celebration begins with a parade down Main Street at 9 a.m. and a street festival from 10:30 to 1 p.m. This event features music, live entertainment and food.
Temecula’s Fourth of July Family Fun and Fireworks event at Ronald Regan Sports Park, 30875 Rancho Cista Rd., starts at 2 p.m. and concludes with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. sharp. This event features food vendors, entertainment and kids zone.
July 7
Pechanga Casino’s Post July 4th Fireworks Celebration starts at dusk at 45000 Pechanga Parkway, Temecula.
