Ribbon Cutting postponed but the band will play on

The POA announced that the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Holiday Harbor Park Amphitheater scheduled for Friday, June 22, will be postponed until further notice. The Rocktops band scheduled to play that evening at 6 p.m. will now play on the upper level of the park, adjacent to the street, at 8 p.m. The outdoor movie, Cars 3, sponsored by the POA, will not be shown.

The Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild, who is sponsoring the band, urges Canyon Lakers to come hear a variety of popular classic and modern hits from this professional cover band. “The park is reserved and we have the band, so come help us party,” said Fine Arts Guild President Ron Martel.

The Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild donated $25,000 toward the new amphitheater. Once completed, this premier new amenity will enhance events held at Holiday Harbor Park, such as concerts, movie nights, weddings, reservable private events and more.
