Ribbon Cutting to be held for new amphitheater

Work to install the new amphitheater at Holiday Harbor Park is nearing completion. The amphitheater offers six levels of seating, a stage with an Alumawood lattice top, stage lighting and sound infrastructure.

This new amenity will enhance events held at Holiday Harbor Park, such as concerts and movie nights, and may be reservable for weddings, private parties and more.

The POA invites residents to attend its Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new amphitheater on Friday, June 22, at 6 p.m. Following the ceremony, the Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild will sponsor a live performance by The Rocktops, a professional cover band that plays a variety of popular classic and modern hits.

Concluding the event will be a showing of the movie Cars 3, sponsored by the POA. The movie will start at dusk, approximately 8:15 p.m.

The POA Board of Directors approved this project at the March Regular Session Board Meeting. The Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild donated $25,000 toward this project.
