Jude Donahue caught this catfish in the main lake using crankbait. “I don’t know how much it weighted but needed a net to catch it,” she said. The fish was released back into the water.

Jude is a member of the Bassmasters Club where she serves as the clubs historian. In 2016, the club presented her with the  Sportsman of the Year award.

The Bassmasters Club invites residents who like to fish and want to improve their skills in a low stress, friendly competitive environment to join them. The club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at the country club. Monthly tournaments are held on the first Saturday of each month.
