Family Matters Club to host Easter egg hunt

The Family Matters Club will hold its 4th annual Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival on Saturday, Mar. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Holiday Harbor Park. This egg-citing community-wide event will be full of games and crafts and other surprises.

All inclusive wristbands are $5 per child and include the egg hunt, photos with the Easter bunny and unlimited games, prizes, crafts, bounce house fun, face painting and temporary tattoos.

The snack bar will be open, offering dinner and snack foods.

The Easter egg hunt will be divided by the following age groups:

  •   1:15 p.m. – ages three and younger.
  •   1:25 p.m. – ages four to six.
  •   1:35 p.m. – ages seven to 10.
  •   1:45 p.m. – ages 11 and older.

One parent may help their child in the three and under age group if necessary. Adults will not be allowed in the older age groups.

The Family Matters Club is open to all residents, young and old, kids or no kids. The club puts on several events throughout the year to benefit the community and raise funds for philanthropic donations.

Events are free or low-cost to attend. The club offers many volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
