Canyon Lake Little League registration ends Jan. 8

Canyon Lake Little League invites boys and girls ages four to 15 to play in its spring 2018 season. Registration ends Jan. 8. All Canyon Lake and Canyon Hills residents and students are eligible. All registrants must provide a birth certificate, proof of residency (utility bill) and/or school enrollment form.

Registration fees are as follows:

T-ball: $120

A: $120

AA: $120

AAA: $130

Majors-50/70-Juniors: $160

Registration includes season play with instructions, uniform, trophies and pictures.

Evaluations for players league ages five and older will be held on Jan. 11 and Jan. 13.

Parents interested in managing a team in the AA and above divisions must attend a mandatory interview on Thursday, Jan. 4, at 5:30 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at the country club.

The season runs from February through May. All home games will be played in Canyon Lake at Gault Field, 29355 Longhorn Dr.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Funds raised through sponsorships help the organization provide scholarships for children who can’t afford to play otherwise, field and facility improvements and maintenance, league seasonal costs and field and team equipment. Canyon Lake Little League is a California non-profit corporation and an IRS designated non-profit 501(c)(3) (tax-deferred) organization; a Tax I.D. number will be given upon sponsor registration receipt.
